Abstract

Hospital needs to meet the minimum hospital service standards, include Muara Teweh Regional Hospital. This study aims to find out how the implementation of minimum hospital service standards, especially in the field of Pharmacy Installation of Muara Teweh Hospital covering 4 indicators, including waiting time for prescription service, patient satisfaction, the absence of medication error on drug administration and prescription writing according to the hospital formulary. The study was conducted at the Muara Teweh Regional Hospital in December 2016 with a sample of 110 for the waiting time of the prescribed service, for the prescribed recipe service time, patients who had more than one visit to the pharmacy installation for patient satisfaction, all December for the absence of errors in administration of drugs and recipes in December for the appropriateness of prescribing with hospital formulary. This research is a nonexperimental descriptive research with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The data obtained from the observation, interviews on the parties related to the four indicators and customer satisfaction level questionnaires to patients. The results of this study showed that the average of waiting time of drug services that is 25.1 minutes/sheet of finished drug prescription, 35 minutes/sheet of concoction, patient satisfaction on the pharmacy service 94.88%, the absence of 100% drug delivery error and suitability of writing the recipe with hospital formulary 99%.
