Abstract

Pharmacy services is one of the minimum services that must be provided in a hospital that can not be separated from the hospital health care system intact and oriented to patient care. This study aims to determine the length of drug service waiting time, the length of service personalized medicine waiting time, the percentage of drug administration errors absence occurrence, the percentage level of customer satisfaction, and the percentage of prescribing in accordance with the formulary in Pharmacy Department of X Hospital Wonogiri in June-July 2016. This study was a non experimental descriptive study using cross sectional approach. Sampling was done by the method nonprobability side. The data used was secondary data and primary data. The primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the literature or other literature sources. The suitability of the data obtained was evaluated using the minimum service standards that have been established in the Health Ministers Decision No. 129 in 2008. Based on the conclusion, that the waiting time drug services so that 10.46 min ≤ 30 minutes, the waiting time personalized medicine services 14 min ≤ 30 minutes, customer satisfaction to provide compensation of 96% ≥ 80%, no error in the incident drugs by 100%, and in accordance with the prescription formulary at 46.11% ≤ 100 %. Indicators minimum service standards in accordance with formulary prescriptions were not in accordance with the standards set in the Health Ministers Decision No. 129 in 2008.
