Abstract

This research concerning the phenomenon of behaviour practice human resources is difficult to explain in the company of Solo Quare the lifestyle center about the security and cleaningservice in the leadership belom really or have motivated the company's work, the pemimoin must be stingy care about the quality of work environment employees and must provide the necessary direction in the employee performance sting has an effect on the practice of human resources. In the behavior of human resources companies must understand the nature of employee nature so that companies know what will be followed up if the company understands the nature of each employee is very influential in the behavior of human resources. The human capital pool within the company must understand the strong bonds of togetherness among employees and have a good teamwork in the process of running the company. This research was conducted on Security and Cleaning service in Solo Square The Lifestyle Center. Respondents who were sampled by 200 respondents by using questionnaires and methods of data analysis using regression analysis with path analysis. The purpose of this study is testing the connectivity of variables using analysis metode. The results of data analysis obtained that: 1) Variable practice of human resources have a significant influence on human resource group assets With a siginification value of 0.000. 2) Variable practice of human resources have a significant effect on human resource behavior with significant value of 0.00. 3) The asset variable of the human resource group has significant influence on the human resource behavior with a significant value of 0,000. 4) human capital pool variable of the human group mediates the practice of human resources and human resource behavior with significant results and a significant value of 0,000 Keywords: human resource practices, human resources behavior,human capital pool
