Abstract

This study aim to confirm the relationship of service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty are moderated by perceived value in the consumer online registration website RSUD Dr. Moewardi as research objects. This study confirms a study conducted by Chang et al. (2009). In formation the online registration website user loyalty RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Data provided through questionnaires distributed to the consumer online registration website at RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Sampling technique is purposive sampling with the population of all patients using the online registration website at RSUD Dr. Moewardi many as 250 respondent. Hypothesis testing is done by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using a AMOS program. The results of this study showed that the significant effect of satisfaction on loyalty, quality of service is significant effect on satisfaction, quality of service does not significantly influence the value loyalty. perception value is not significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty.
