Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence employee innovation in the creative industry of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, Yeni Lurik Klaten, Global Art Klaten, Putra Jaya Rotan Sukoharjo and Harum Mebel Trenggalek. This analysis uses independent that is transformational leadership, employee empowerment, organizational learning and innovation support. The dependent variable is employee innovation. The research sample was all employees of the creative industry PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, Yeni Lurik Klaten, Global Art Klaten, Putra Jaya Rotan Sukoharjo and Harum Mebel Trenggalek. The sample was did by purposive sampling method. The data collection used a questionnaires that was distributed directly to all employees in several creative industries as many as 119 questionnaires. This analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques with Goodness of Fit testing. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect to employee empowerment, transformational leadership has no significant effect to innovation support, transformational leadership has no significant effect to organizational learning, employee empowerment has a significant effect to employee innovation, innovation support has a significant effect to employee innovation and organizational learning towards employee innovation.
