Abstract

The hospital is one of health facilities that play an important role in the administration of health efforts. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation factors (pay, recogniton, meaningful work, promotion), and describes the magnitude of the discipline by moderating variable from the effect of compensation factors ( pay, recognition, meaningful work, and promosi). This research is an analytical research as research with the aim to provide answers to the causal relation between two or more variables. The sampling procedure in this study using nonprobability sampling method with saturated sampling.The sample used was 51 empolyee such as nurse and medic record fill out the questionnaire. Questionnaire have been filled in an corrected the regression, correlation analysis and for moderating can to MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis) using SPSS 16. Based on this research, the effect of compensation induced with employee satisfaction and discipline has moderating variable induced the effect factor compensation recognition with MRA test 0,002. Key Words: pay, recogniton, meaningful work, promotion, discipline, employee satisfaction.
