Abstract

Improving standards of living, along with the demand for health care quality. The example of health care is a pharmaceutical service provided in health center. The main indicator of the success in this service is the satisfaction of pharmacy service user. The main in service focus in the 5 dimensionals assessment include tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. This study aimed to determine the effect of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy to the patient satisfaction level in the Karangpandan Health Center partially and simultaneously, and determine the influence of these variables on the opatient satisfaction level. This study was associative to examine the existing hypothesis. The sample used in this study were elderly patients, and adults who served in Karangpandan Health Center with technique sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using simple ang multiple regression by SPSS program. The results showed that partially, reliability, responsiveness and empathy significantly affect patient satisfaction while tangible and assurance did not affect significanttly to patient satisfaction of outpatient in Karangpandan Health Center. Simultaneouslly tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy significantly affect patient satisfaction of outpatient in Karangpandan Health Center. The total of patient satisfaction variable of outpatient in Karangpandan Health Center could be determined by tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables as 50.5%.
