Abstract

The hospital is a company engaged in the field of community service. One that has an important role in hospital nurse because nurses are directly interacting with patients. OCB is a voluntary behavior of employees in work beyond their formal duties. There are several factors that affect OCB such as cultural and organizational climate, personality and mood, perceptions of organizational support, the perception of a superior-subordinate interaction, tenure, and gender. While the organizational climate is a collection of employees' perception of the internal environment of the company. This study aims to investigate the relationship with organizational climate Organizational Citizenship Behavior on nurses in Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Surakarta. The hypothesis is " There is a Relationship Between Organizational Climate with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The subjects were nurses who had worked bersatatus civil servants and at least two years. The subjects numbered 65 people . Measuring instrument of data collection used is the scale and the scale of organizational climate Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Data were analyzed by using Pearson product moment correlation. The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient rxy = 0.735 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). These results indicate that there is significant positive correlation between organizational climate Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The research hypothesis is accepted that there is a relationship between organizational climate Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational climate in hospitals classified as conducive as well as behavior of OCB in nurses is high. Keywords : Organizational Climate , Organizational Citizenship Behavior
