Abstract

Pharmaceutical services should reflect the quality of high quality pharmaceutical services, through pharmaceutical care how good hospital. The quality of pharmaceutical care in a hospital pharmacy can be seen from the efficiency and effectiveness of service and patient satisfaction. This study purposed to evaluate the quality of pharmaceutical services with the waiting time dimension drug andmixed drug services about the level of patient satisfaction. This research was conducted in IFRSI Yarsis Surakarta using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, where the study questionnaire by taking a sample of 333 respondents and the data of wait time drug and mixed drugservices so much as 333 data. Evaluation of the pharmaceutical services with the wait time dimension drug and mixed drug to thelevel ofoutpatient satisfaction using standard pharmaceutical service in RSI Yarsis Surakarta. Based on the results we concluded that pharmaceutical services with the wait time dimension drug that25,94 minutes ≤ 30 minutes and the wait time dimension mixed drugnamely46,67 minutes ≤ 60 minutes in accordance with the standards of pharmaceutical services RSI Yarsis Surakarta. As for the evaluation of pharmaceutical services with the waiting time dimension drug andmixed drug services gives a sense of satisfaction of 87,83% ≥ 80% to the outpatient IFRSI Yarsis Surakarta.
