Abstract

The study to know the level of perceived service between the perfomance of pharmacy with the expectation of outpatients in installation pharmacy hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. To know the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction of outpatients in installation pharmacy hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The study is done using a questionnaire that given at 333 consumers with purposive method of sampling in installation pharmacy the hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data from the correlation between variables free (drug types of information, attitude pharmaceitical power, the perfomance of pharmaceutical power, communication skills pharmacy and lenght of time energy information service medicine) with a variable dependent (statisfaction patients) analyzed by liniear regression analysis simple and regression analysis double. The result showed that the percentage satisfaction outpatients in installation pharmacy hospital pku muhammadiyah surakarta factor type of drug information, the attitude and performance exertion pharmaceuticals communicate exertion ability pharmacy and the old time drug information service in sequence as follows 97,1 %; 96,9 %; 97,4; 96,5 % % and 97,1 % which means the presentation of satisfaction score very high.And showed the value of the gap order from the largest to the smallest on the fifth dimension as the following attitude exertion pharmacy ( -0,11 ); the performance of pharmacy ( -0,09 ); ability communicate exertion pharmacy ( 0,06 ); kind of information drug ( -0,1 ) long time and information services drug ( -0,1 ).
